These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors the ability to order custom apparel, company specific apparel and specific custom event apparel. Some of these items are produced by order and some are produced in bulk for specific organizations which will be distributed at the organization and not necessarily by shipping directly from Design Warehouse.  By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Refund/Cancellation Policy - All items on this site are custom and there is NO refund on custom items.  We guarantee products you receive to be free from defects.  We will provide warranty for your purchase that it is free from manufacturing defects within 10 days of delivery of your item.  Any defects should be reported to us with proof of defect and a replacement will be sent to you.  You can cancel your order within in 12 hours or before the deadline for bulk orders.

Shipping Policy - Delivery times are coordinated with department heads or the person organizing the bulk order.  Please, get in touch with that person with any questions.  Individual orders, not part of a group/company order, will be shipped within 48 hours from the order date and shipped based on your instructions and carrier current standards.

Privacy Policy - We promise to NEVER sell or distribute any of your personal information.  We are private people and we know the need to keep things private.
